I've been walking 3 - 3.5 miles 4 times a week for 3 weeks now (outside) and it is feeling great. It takes me about an hour. Thanks for the post, I think if the stars align I can do it.

So far I have been walking and stationary bike to get the weight down before I start to run. I thingk I am too heavy still to run much.
