I couldn't start doing interval running until down to around 275lbs. I just walked until that point. 300 was too heavy for me, and even then I had knee pain. Stretching helped me. look up IT band stretches and do them, It help me a ton. Also do other leg stretches. I stretch before and after my runs, wear a neoprene brace…

I started on 8-28-12 at 332.4lbs. I have been heavy all my life, I mean all my life. I turned eight and grew out instead of up. I have never been an athlete, however my 6 siblings have been, so it’s in my genes. In the beginning, I walked. I started walking 30-60 minutes 6 days a week at a 3-3.5 mph pace. I logged…

I do interval running (run/walk) and I log it at the average between the two. So if i walk at 4mph, and run at 6mph, I log it at 5mph

I have had to learn to live with hunger. I am hungry way more than not throughout the day

I have had to learn how to live feeling hungry. Its not fun, but feeling hungry is far better than the alternative.

I'm not as far in my journey as you are, but my thoughts are to increase your exercise, and mix it up as much as you can. I wouldn't increase my calories up to 2500. Good luck
