Thanks for your comments. Definitely not looking at the ketogenic diets long term (or at all, actually) but have read about low carb high fat and my body feels better eating this way, apart from the fact that I am losing weight. I'm down to the last 5(ish) kilos that I am wanting to lose but for us this is about portion…

Thanks I'll definitely add more fat to my snacks. Nut butter is a great one I'll eat often. I use coconut oil a lot and linseeds to every meal. I'll try these tips and let you know :)

I personally don't log smoothies, tea etc as water intake. I only count pure, straight water. I was always told that drinking plain water is the only way to get your recommended daily intake of 8cups. I am a Banana Bread Fiend! I LOVE the stuff. It's awesome for breaky with a few handfuls of fruit such as berries and a spoonful of yoghurt - keeps me full until lunchtime! I will definitely be making this. Thanks so much for the recipe!

I would call the body in that photo skinny. Just because 300 or so of your "friends" on Facebook didn't say you have a good body, does in no way mean they weren't thinking it! They were probably all jealous! I know I am. With 2kg to go - you'll be back to that in no time :) Good luck!
