I hear you girl! I'm doing well this time because I decided to put myself first. I make my own food and eat it at a time that works for me. I make enough so there's leftovers for my husband but I don't let him dictate what/when we eat. I don't buy any unhealthy foods anymore and if my husbands wants it, he has to buy it…

Had a great weigh in today at 227.1 so I'm setting a mini goal of 220 by Thanksgiving. That would be awesome! Wish me luck (and patience). Haha!

Well, I don't know why I feel discouraged today. I'm doing really well, but I just want this weight off so bad that it's hard to be patient. So so hard to keep myself cheery. I would love to join the challenge. Have a doc appt mid December and would love to have lowered my A1C. Hi Nicole. It looks like you're in the same boat as me and I don't think you should add calories. I keep my calories under 1300 at least 5 days a week and then give myself a couple days with a little more (1500-1800) but only if I feel like it. Thanks guys. It looks like most of the marinade will be left in the bowl so I'll measure that and re-figure from there. I think I should count it though. Oil, honey & soy sauce mainly.
