I would have guessed a bit over 200 - good luck on attaining those goals of marathons and mountains! Also, good for you for quitting smoking and cutting down on alcohol. Those can be difficult hurdles!! Good luck!

Okay - I will be the first to admit that I am dreading the holidays. There is food and booze everywhere. I can never control myself. I'll look in the mirror and be disappointed that I couldn't have done better in limiting the crap and wine intake.

Jo - my instructor says the same thing about not rushing. Trying to keep that in mind during the workouts.

I doubt you'd be able to find a free workout plan since its all trademarked and protected by patent laws etc. But am sure there are promotional videos to look at to get ideas about different ways to use it. I am convinced my shoulders and back looks better as a result of a few workouts.

Oh I know how you feel! I looked at pictures after my son was born three years ago and I'm a whale... The worst part was that after that I refused to be in pictures and there is now a gap where there are no pictures of me with my kids and that is so disappointing.
