I'm 5'6" and I am currently at my highest (even at 9 months pregnant - kill me now) of 190. The 150-160 range is good for me. At 44 years old I am finding that my usual weight loss hacks haven't been working the way they used to. I have got take this weight off because I hate the way I look. I hate the way my clothes fit…

Currently still using weight watchers. Wasn't faithful to the program and didn't see results but that's a reflection on me. I like the recipes. Looking for friends on MFP to see if I can jump start weight loss in 2018.

I have four kids (11,9,7 and 2). My weight has ballooned to about 190. I can't bear to get on the scale, so I'm not really sure how much I weigh. I need accountability and I need to figure out how to kick start the motivation and power through when motivation evaporates. Maybe we can motivate each other?!?

I'm in the US - I pay $98 a month for a full family membership to the YMCA. It's kinda pricey but I have full access to everything including child care and with three kids everyone in the family uses the services. We get our money worth.

I'm 5 months pregnant now and only gained 2lbs during the first trimester. Everything made me sick although I never threw up. I ate small meals throughout the day. So far I have gained 7lbs and I am hoping to top out around a 16-18lb weight gain. I'm 5'6" and started off at 170lbs. My OB once told me that she thought that…

I'm pregnant with my 4th and I know how hard it is to stay positive when trying to lose the baby weight. I also suffered with a bit of PPD and it can be very challenging. Send me a friend request - we can motivate each other!

Congratulations! Keep it up!

Sometimes my goals are very specific and small. Because sometimes I can't think about exercising 5 times "this week." To me that seems so unattainable. But I can and do follow through with the goal of working out "today". Today I will put in a Jillian Michaels DVD and get in 24 minute workout. Oftentimes, those small daily…

I have two: a small green shamrock on the inside of my right ankle and a black fleur de lis on the small of my back ( yep, a "tramp stamp"). I've had them for about 19 or 20 years and still really like both. Over the years, I have thought about adding to the one on my back, but haven't found anything else I can commit to.…

I always wait one hour after eating before I exercise.

I'm 5' 6" but a lot heavier than you (170). I wear a pant size 10 or 12 and a medium/large shirt.

I'm 5'6" and I've run the gamut from fat to thin, and I have never had cellulite. I don't do much in the way of lifting, but I do some running which I think helps keep my legs toned and I do Jillian Michaels DVDs. My mom who is 74 doesn't have any and my older sister who is a yoga freak has absolutely no cellulite. I think…

Hmmm.... Okay, I just retread your post and I see someone else's response above. So, I think I misunderstood your question. now my answer seems silly. Whoops :)

Do you have a set of kitchen measuring cups at home? The biggest one is one cup and then they decrease in size down to an 1/8 of a cup. If you don't have a set you can pick up one at a Dollar or Euro store no problem. I measure out breakfast cereal because I find that so easy to over eat. With that said, I have read…

Wow! Great job! I am on day three of level 3. I had to space it out a bit. I basically did /am doing each level for ten days with cardio I between. I haven't really lost pounds, but I have gone down a pant size. I also have the six pack abs and the butt and thigh videos. Those are intense also.... Keep up the good work!

Good question, but I think the menu will indicate add xxx amount of calories if you order the dish with chicken, shrimp etc. So, I assume that the calorie count shown on the menu is for all the food that comes on the plate assuming I don't add something to the dish.
