So inspiring! You look beautiful - and I will second many in the thread above: love the shoes!

I stopped my weekly weigh in because it was too stressful for me. I started taking measurements and will only weigh in on the first Friday of the month.

I put out my workout clothes and everything's would need the night before right next to my bed. As soon as the alarm went off (5:20 am) I would just swing my legs out and go into auto pilot. The key really is not to think about it. By the time I was arguing with myself about working out, I was already in my basement doing…

Wow - great job. In the side shot your stomach is so much flatter. Keep up the good work!

Good question! I always wonder about that myself....

I'm an Assistant District Attorney prosecuting mostly felony level drug and gun arrests. I will be trying my first homicide in a few weeks so that's pretty exciting. I am constantly running back and forth from court all day, so I am rarely sitting for long periods of time, but my schedule is so crazy that I often don't…

Such a great quote from a great movie. But to answer the question, I was the fat girl in the preppy crowd.

Mediterranean fish dish over rice. It was super good. Got the recipe from bettycrocker.com. Recipe calls for cod (a little pricey) artichoke hearts, capers, fennel seed, olives and cherry tomatoes.

I have a handshake agreement with a good friend of mine: if either one of us wins the lottery we pay off each other's law school loans. After that, my mortgage and my parents mortgage. Then I would go straight to the nearest reputable plastic surgeon and get liposuction.

I don't have real advice to offer, but I was struck by your post because I did my best studying for the Bar exam while on the elliptical when I was in law school and I never heard anyone else have that same experience. So, if you're feeling really fatigued maybe cut back on the pilates while you're studying for your…

This happens to me ALL the time on the elliptical. My toes and ball of my foot go numb. I find that when I lean back on my heels it helps relieve pressure and the feeling comes back a bit.

Thank you for this. Maybe I'm stronger than I thought?

I'm currently doing Burn Fat Boost Metabolism and I really like it. It's hard, but I have been seeing results. I sometimes do ripped in 30 and I am on the second week which is very challenging. Overall I like JM workouts.

I just turned 40 and it feels like my metabolism screeched to a halt. I have about 15 pounds to go. Feel free to add me!

I am a wine lover, so it's hard for me to admit, but I lose more weight when I am off the booze. I find it hard to stay within my calorie range when I have two glasses of wine. Try it both ways keeping within your macros with and without wine and see what works best for you. Good luck!

I've run the gamut from size 6 to a size 16. I am currently a 12 but I would be satisfied in the 8 or 10 range.

I have a 7, 5 and 3 year old so I know how challenging it is!! I have a membership to the Y with great child are facilities, I also try to workout during lunch if my work schedule permits and lately I have been doing DVDs in the morning before they wake up and the "mom" "mom" "mom" "mom" begins....

Whoops, meant to quote this in my reply....

Yes this would happen in my house as well if I tried to do it at home with my children during their waking hours. My kids are 3,5 & 7 and I still find it difficult. I would suggest before they get up or after they go to bed. Also I have a membership,to the YMCA which has great child care facilities. You will probably need…

I am up 9lbs from last year so I feel your pain. I am very mad at myself and trying to figure a way to jump start my motivation or just to overcome this rut I find myself in. I am wondering about maybe trying to do p90x or T25 or something. My goal weight is 150. A good weight I can live with is 160. I'm at 175 right now.
