Thanks a lot ..never did I think about the gap I was creating with exercise... I am allowed 1650 cal... and I add up some 500- 600 cal from exercise ... I was filling only between 1700-1800 .. Now I need to re-think my strategy :)

Scales do have errors on them ... and analogue scales are crap !! ..Always use the same scale so even if has errors...atleast the lost weight would be correct !! Don't give up !! You have done a great job losing those 46 lbs and you have come way too far to give up now !! Keep going !!

I am allowed to take 1950 cal without excercise... I log my excercise too... but see that I dont go over my regular 1950.... and above all logging the excercise details helps me when it says " if everyday were like today then you would weigh **** pounds in five weeks " when I complete my food diary everyday... It motivates…

One day a week ... is always good... doing the same workout everyday makes me feel bored after few days .. so taking a break not only helps me recharge my batteries but allows me to do it for a longer time... All that we need to do is look out the calorie input on the break day... Good luck.
