Iam only on 1200 cal a day and so I work out so that I can eat! I work out 6 days a week. I do cardio all 6 days and stregthening 5 days. I have done WW previosuly and always lost in the first week and continued to loose steadily. However they have amended WW and it has caused quite an uproar to say the least!! I'm not sure. But it is low, even the vegetables I have with my salad seem to take a lot of my sugar allowance up! I guess MFP are trying to get us to eat less sugar as we are more likely to choose foods that keep us fuller for longer and in turn more liekly to feel hungry or eat more!!?
