I have no issues with it. After being super morbidly obese I can tell you its a choice. Its a choice to not eat right, its a choice to not exercise. No correlation from dietary cholesterol and blood cholesterol. I eat 6-8 eggs a day. Yolks and all. My cholesterol went down. Exercise has more to do with blood cholesterol than diet.

You have to drink more. Your body needs at minimum 8 glasses of water a day, every day. This journey is not just about losing weight but living healthy. You do not need to worry that much about ketchup and milk sugars. It's the simple processed sugars you need to watch out for. Candy for example. Table sugar. No need to stress. Ketchup is fine. As is milk.
