  • Hi, I am new to the thread but would appreciate all the support. I need some exercises for someone who HATES exercise. I walk 30 minutes a day. But things I have read said that you have to either walk for a longer period or at a more vigorous rate. Is my 30 minutes helping at all? Dawn
