Last November when i started running i walked 3 - 3.5 and ran 4.7-5. Now any thing under 5.5 is a walk for me

Im 5'4 and 4.0 is my walking pace ....5.5 is my run pace and 6.5-7 is my sprint pace. Ive had to work up to this and i dont jog i walk or run. Jogging is just annoying to me when i try since i walk faster than i jog
