I don't think there was any 'hate' in the thread. Just other opinions. You can't expect to pose a opinionated question without getting mixed opinions back. Take everything with as pinch of salt and remember you can't read emotions through text. Most people do not aim to say hurtful things. Take it with good intentions.

Sorry I forgot to add that I have now added this recipe ( sugar version) to the database as"Homemade Protein Powder Banana Chocolate Brownies" so you can easily add it to your diary if you use it. For the person asking about oats I just used normal oats but instant ones might work, give it a try.

Hi guys glad you like it. I ran it through the recipe calculator and here is what it came out with Serves 10 The results WITH SUGAR were as follows: Per Serving 106 cals, 16 Carbs, 2 Fat, 10 Protein, 2 Fiber, 7 sugar. You can obviously leave the sugar out and replace with sweetener giving you a lower result!

Protein, protein, protein. As most folks have mentioned it keeps you fuller for longer. I found the MFP default setting of protein too low for me and so i changed the ratios and it made a big difference. It takes a while of tinkering with things to find what suits you. Good luck

I usually double check and fix it. When you fix it it asks what you changed and why and I just add a little note. Doesn't happen too often though. A couple of times people have entered kj values instead of kcals but not much else.

I download podcasts for working out. They are amazing, I have quite a few of the 'Running to the Beat' podcast and they do different ones. There are really hight energy dance tunes, about 60 mins worth. There are interval ones which speed up and slow down. I just got them free on itunes.

I can recommenr the 'Shock Absorber' bras. I have two and they are great both fit perfectly and there is no movement with them. You can get lots of different intensities as well as sizes. I buy them online

My boobs are usually the first thing to shrink too! Thank goodness for a selection of good adjustable sports bras! haha! Just think of all the nice new bras you can treat yourself to as they get smaller!
