I was weighing myself weekly in the beginning, but now I am doing it every two weeks. I am trying to get away from the scales and judge my progress by the way my clothes fit me and if I am able to move down to a smaller size. The scales are driving me crazy:explode:

I agree with Jen. Cheat days are not an option for me, one day turns into two and then the weekends and before I know it I off on a binge that is sooo hard to get back on track. I will stick with maybe something on a smaller scale. Smooches-Diva:love:

I have done the Jillian Michaels Detox and it worked really well for me. I dropped five pounds and have not gained it back. It really made me feel better. I think it is time to do a detox again.
