You can add me. I've been doing this since January (after stopping for a bit before that) and I've logged for over 50 days in a row! (Non-scale victory) I do my best to be constructive and helpful.

Congrats on your decision to be healthier! I highly recommend smoothies/shakes as a way to improve your diet. But protein is just part of the equation. Can you buy/do you have a good blender like a Ninja? I like to put some frozen fruit, frozen spinach, ground flaxseed, and unsweeetened pea protein powder together for a…

If you like weights I love Chalean Extreme from Beachbody. I am on day 55 of 90 and really seeing results. Each weight lifting video is about 35 minutes (although I hear they are more like 45 minutes in the third phase which I start next week). It is more expensive than 30 DS but offers lots of variety. And you lift HEAVY…

You can add me if you like! Also, a couple weeks ago I started an open group on FB called Fit Inspiration where we share recipes, inspiration, etc. All I ask if you join is that you be kind and supportive. So far we have shared some awesome recipes and tips. So if you want to be added, just write something like 'I'm on…

I think you need to be checked out for PCOS. I don't know how common it is right after having a baby but stalled weight loss and irregular cycles are big warning signs for this. It's actually pretty common and I'm surprised and disappointed that your doc hasn't looked into it. :( Good luck. Keep us posted. You are working…

I agree with jonnythan about the MFP protein. For the first few months I didn't realize I could change the macronutrient ratios to what I wanted. I was going over on protein every single day and couldn't figure out why.

Do you take a good probiotic? I used to take a lot of fiber and it bloated my like crazy but now I just take a probiotic (and get fiber only from my food and not supplements) and I am very regular and barely ever bloated...

I can DEFINITELY see a big difference in your pics. You're rocking this! Don't let them get you down, they are probably feeling a little threatened if you've always been the heavy one in the family. They were comfortable with that idea and now you've shattered their reality. :) Keep doing it!

Don't feel stupid. :) But yes, you can eat until you get to zero calories remaining. The daily goals on MFP are calculated based on what you set your profile to for weight loss (whether you want to lose 1 lb per week or 1.5, etc.) so when you have 'zero' calories left for the day, you're still netting a calorie amount that…

I'd be interested in suggestions too! I get Peaceful Planet Rice Protein powder from the local natural food store. It has zero flavor on its own but can be mixed in relatively inconspicuously to lots of stuff.

Nice job! Your results are impressive on their own, but I think the 365 days in a row logging is the most inspiring! Well done.

This might be a good test of the strength of your relationship with your boyfriend. Just tell him exactly what you need to start doing to feel better about yourself. If he cares about you, he will support you, or at the very least, not get in the way. If he's a keeper he might even try to be healthier right along with you.…

Amazing! You have changed your life! How inspiring.

I have done it a few times and invariably when I stopped attending meetings I quit losing and ended up quitting. It's getting more expensive too. But they do teach you about what to eat- if you Google "weight watchers good health guidelines" it gives you a basic structure. Hope this helps.

I laughed out loud because that sounds just like something I would do. :) Have a good day!
