We make individual pizzas using Arnold sandwich thin rounds....makes a nice crispy crust and one roll / 2 halves = 100 cals...or use flat bread as crust...A local lady makes a delicious rosemary flat bread - YUM!

Take a cple days off the exercise and eat a little different...shake things up to keep your body guessing...it seems to acclimate to routine and a change gets it started again., then go back to routine. :-)

As others have said, it depends on what you want from walking. Overall for healthier heart and weight loss doing INTERVAL workouts are best. That is like what melanie said......go faster for 3-5 mins in 'bursts' then back to a moderate pace for 5mins....do this for minimum 30 -45 mins at a time. I got this from a "Healthy…
