ok so last wk I gained a 1 lb (err) but today i weighed myself and I'm down 2 lbs :) 190 lbs

Ok thanks :) So I'll try to keep Tues/Wed as my weigh in days...(bad memory lol) And since I have access to a calibrated scale at work I'm starting the challenge today, I'm off this Friday. SW: 193lbs Challenge GW: 173lbs Is 20lbs reasonable in that time frame?

I too am in need of friends for motivation...I'm in the beginning stages of my wtloss journey...I hope to lose maybe 40-50lbs :)

Sending request... just like you i've complained about my wt forever, but when i do "diet" the max i can stick to it is like a month! boo...I'm 26 and dont want to spend another yr of my life being unhappy with my wt, I'd much rather be confident and not worry about how i look, or what someone thinks about the way i look.
