  • Congratulations! I too, just started (as of yesterday) to cut all of the sugar I've been eating. It's amazing how "less" hungry I am. Everything else in moderation. Thanks for sharing your story! I need all the encouragement I can get as a sugar fiend!

  • I bought the Sketchers and noticed better posture. Six months later I got the Reebok Toning shoes. If I wear them all day on the weekends while running errands and doing housework, I notice a difference and have a little soreness on Monday. I don't think the benefits are huge, but they are the most comfortable shoes!
  • GO!!! It is FUN! You will not feel like you are working out! If you get frustrated by the movements, just do your own thing. I'm a Certified Zumba Instructor and when I go to other classes you can find me in the back--doin' my own thing! I love to dance and the music is great!
