I always have sliced chunks of bananas in the freezer because I add them to my smoothies instead of ice.

I do the overnight oatmeal but I don't add all the extras. All I use is 1/4 c. oats, 1/4 c. fat free yogurt, 1/4 c. skim milk add chopped fruit and let it sit overnight in the fridge. I don't add the sweeteners or other stuff. I also make 4 at a time so I don't have to make it every night.

This is not my fave but it is so fast and good. I have been using the 'refridgerator oatmeal'. Put 1/4 c. old fashion oats, 1/4 c. milk & 1/4 c. yogurt in a 1 cup container and fill with fruit (you can add vanilla or almond extract if you'd like). Leave in fridge overnight and eat cold in the morning before rushing out.

Thanks for sharing the recipe. Will try it for sure.

I'm wondering the same thing. Why 2 pans? Do you get 2 loaves or what? Is the filling baked between layers or put in after it is baked. Not very good instructions. sorry. Would love to try it.

I made these yesterday and made 4 only, 2 per meal. They didn't need butter, I just added the light syrup and a dollop of vanilla yogurt. Yummmmy. Will be doing this again.

OK, I added the Gazelle to exercises and I did my gazelle for 30 minutes at approx 3.5 mph and it showed distance 2.23 miles, calories 270. Can someone out there check theirs and let me know if this is approx right???? so I know if mine is working right. It was given to me. Thanks in advance.

What have you entered into the search area to find the gazelle??? I cannot find anything. I looked under new exercise but nothing comes up.

Hi all. I am new here as of yesterday and will TRY to post all food. I am 5'3" (down from 5'3 3/4") and have yoyoed between 125 and 160 off and on.
