I have the Pressure Luck cookbook and in April a lighter version of Pressure Luck is coming out. I have tried so many of his recipes and have loved them all.

Mine also says it can't be tracked because I'm not at my 1200 calories for that day. If I'm at 1090 it won't track for the 5 weeks but at 1100 it will. This is my 3 meals today and still under 1100. This is a typical day for me. that is One pan french onion chicken for dinner.

I'll join in. Since the pool closed because of Covid March 18 I've put on what I'd lost. I cook & eat, bake & eat and sit. I have got to lose what I put on before the pool opens again.

I've done a lot of different things but I think my favourite is soups. I follow Pressure Luck (Jeffrey Eisner) for most of his recipes.

I just put mine into a container whole (no roasting or anything) freeze them then throw into soups, casseroles etc. as is. Couldn't be anything simpler.

I always strain the broth and freeze it till I'm ready to make veg or chicken veg soup.

I bought the 8 qt. Wolgang Puck ELECTRIC pressure cooker from TSC 2 weeks ago. I have already made 4 recipes from the recipe book. I am also looking for recipes for an ELECTRIC one that calls for the minutes to cook stuff. There is NO WAY I'd try the regular ones for on top of the stove. Knowing me it would blow up.

Thanks, I have a 1.88 KG can of chunk light tuna in water that I have been wondering what to do with. I was thinking patties or loaves. Now I am going to make your patties and a loaf. Lots for the freezer.
