I lost about 15 lbs with these challenges last time so I am back for the same. I have gained 20+ lbs after my baby which I intend to lose gradually mostly by cleaning my eating habits.
Weigh in’s will be every Friday, starting Tommorow. Hope some of you can join me. Thanks!!!

I'll join in. Since the pool closed because of Covid March 18 I've put on what I'd lost. I cook & eat, bake & eat and sit. I have got to lose what I put on before the pool opens again.1

I would love to join.
Have stayed the same through lock-down, but I am still too heavy.
Have also developed a passion for crunchy peanut butter out of nowhere. So that has to stop.
I need to lose 16lbs - thanks for starting this.

LDemi333 my husband spends about half his calorie allowance each day on PB...I’m very thankful it doesn’t call to me.

Been consistently tracking since late March and am down 10 lbs, slowly and steadily. Maybe a group challenge will help kick up the intensity.
My goal for July 24th is 168! My focus this week is staying inside my window for 16:8 IF, which means being stricter about how late is too late for snacking.
