 Well looks like I have no one to blame, I did not put effort this week at all. If anything I ll learn from this challenge, even if I don’t lose any weight that I got started here. I know I can do it because I have done it before... it will only happen when I put my heart into it. But it’s a good start. I will still weigh in next week and will try to better my choices.1

            Guess today is the last day of our 6 weeks 😞 I weighed in at 230.1 this morning so a loss of 2.7 from last week.
 Started at 239.1
 End weight 230.1
 So I lost 9 lbs and I'm happy with that2

            My goal is to lose 6-7 lbs.
 June 12: 205.6
 June 19: 204.4
 June 26: 203.6
 July 03: 202.0
 July 10: 199.0
 July 17: 197.6
 July 24: 196.2
 I'm really proud of my weight loss over this challenge. Hope to continue to see steady progress.2

 Officially flattened the curve 😀 Okay no gain in 6 weeks is also an achievement for me. The 2 people above @harper16 and @Sunnysouth92 did an amazing job. You guys inspire me. Thanks for joining me in this challenge everyone.1

            A day late as usual but I still wanted to post to wrap up.
 June 13: 70.4 kg (155.2lbs)

 July 04: 68.1 kg (150.1 lbs)
 July 11: 67.7kg (149 lbs)
 July 18: 67.3 kg (148 lbs)
 July 25: 66.9 kg (147lbs)
 So about an 8lb loss. I’m happy with that.1
