I feel like I deserved a loss this week but I was frustratingly within 100g of this weight every day. Hopefully there’s a payoff with some weight loss next week.
Last week I was frustrated at staying the same 2 weeks when I knew I hadn’t been slacking. This week there was the hoped for payoff.

Had an injury this week that means I have barely left the couch. Tried to be pretty strict with my eating to compensate and it seems to have paid off.2 -

I weighed in at 234.6 Friday so +.2 😣 so disgusting! Was at friends for the weekend so....need to gey back om track or the scale will prob keep going up1

Whew! Last weekend was a little tough but i got back on track tuesday and did so well with intermittent fasting and keto and this morning I was 230.9!!! Down 3.6! 👏 👏 👏 yes yes yes! Here I come 220s!!4

I think it’s pretty clear I won’t make 10lbs in 6 weeks but if I make 8lbs in 10 weeks that will be very satisfying.2 -
