Now you have.

C'mon, guys, don't feed the trolls. But if you do feed them, DAAAAAAYMN is it ever funny! I wasted a significant portion of my day reading all 10 pages. I couldn't put it down. It's too hilarious! For me, the highlight was on Page 6. Silenceinspace's TL;DR. Made me spit coffee on my monitor. Not exaggerating. But set a…

That's awesome. Other than the actual numbers, I that's my story, too. But you expressed it perfectly. :flowerforyou: Brandon, a year from today you can either look back and be proud you stuck with it or be sorry you quit. I've been fighting my battle for about 20 months now. Every day, every single day, even including the…

I'm going to keep this uncharacteristically brief. It does bother me a bit some of the assumptions being made. From the op's words, he asked for a pic. Not necessarily a pic of her lady parts. Assumption! I think I family pic is a GREAT idea! A true "burlesque" show does not automatically mean nudity. Yes, it's sexually…

 oh, well. I can't save everyone. It does make me weep for the human race, though. :noway:

Definitely nothing to dismiss. 1.2lbs in a week is pretty good. Remember that's 62lbs a year! I'd be pretty happy is I could reliably produce even 1.0lb every week! BTW I can vary 6-8lbs in a single day!

I don't know, I kind of like being sore! It means I done good.

The coffee you can feel free to count or not count....it's got so few calories it isn't going to matter one way or the other. It's the cream and sugar you have to track!

Your scores are nothing to be ashamed of...and they WILL rapidly improve. Believe me, it happens FAST! I am about 6 workouts away from finishing my 3rd round, although I keep swapping out Insanity for bike rides whenever I can. It'll be winter soon and I'll have to park my bike :( The 3rd round is enough for a while. I…

Bump cuz you still haven't responded.

OP, I'd like to have a protein shake but I'm not sure if they fit your macros. So I need your macros. Can you PM me your macros right away cuz I need 'em. So PM them. If you could do it right now I'd be sooooooooo grateful.

I'd like to help but I sometimes burn a lot of calories in a day and don't always eat them all back. I'll probably put you into "starvation mode". Sorry 'bout that. What if I eat some Raspberry Ketones? Will that help you? I'm thinking of wearing a garbage bag to bed also. Let me know if it works for you.

Yes, I log walks, meaning the specific 30 to 45 min lunchtime "power" walks. It's valid exercise. If it wasn't worth logging, it wouldn't be worth doing, and we know walking is better for you than sitting, right? I'm also gonna bust your plateau for you. http://www.acaloriecounter.com/blog/why-am-i-not-losing-weight

This! Varying your exercise helps you become more fit in a wider range of activities rather than only being good at one thing. I believe the infomercial in question actually gets some amount of benefit out of this because it maximizes your "noob gains" by eventually hitting the whole body. As well I think it can be good…

Because it's one of two days I don't have to drag my *kitten* out of bed at 5am to get a workout in. And because I can go on a 2.5hr bike ride and not be late for work. And because my wife is home Sat too and I don't want a Honey-Do list on top of my own stuff. So...I bike. No question. I like Sat workouts.

actually.... I think giving you much more specific advice is actually doing you a disservice. You need to do some reading on the basics before asking specific questions. You will learn much, much more and your regimen will be much more effective if you have the ability to understand what you're doing and adapt. You're…

yeah, I know. Bad enough posting spam. But to post such drivel in a thread where OP is clearly having anxiety about meal timing is pretty low.
-
Now I'm confused, lol. You don't just burn calories when you sleep, so the length of your nap makes no material difference. You burn calories every moment you're alive.
-
Whisper my dear, I promise you: IT DOES NOT MATTER. Throw away any and all stress about this. What day the calories belong under doesn't matter. Really. There's nothing to be confused about, nothing you have to live with and move on from, there's nothing to feel bad about, there's nothing to regret. Whether you a] came…

OP, you lost 130lbs? awesome! I usually consider bedtime the cutoff, but it's purely arbitrary...I have to log it somewhere. But you either eat the cals or you don't, your body cares not about what day it is logged under.
-
Your body doesn't care which day you log it in, so why should you? Seriously, this is a total complete and utter non-issue. It's your long term average that matters. Unless you're doing a diet that relies on strategic nutrient timing you can eat and log whenever it suits you. no worries.

This is, of course true but understand my point. Insanity is SO intense even most fit people can't just jump in and keep up. If you want to keep up your body is forced to become more conditioned. The program is optimized to to that well (long, intense intervals and very short rest breaks). But until you start to become…

I think Patrick dropped the soap in the shower and lost his balance when he bent over the pick it up, hitting his head and knocking him unconscious under the showerhead. Then he drowned.

No disease gives you an accent like that, though

Cuz it's...weird. So was Daryl's hair. and Carl is gettin old.

Help me out here. What's the goth zombie-lovin' super wife's accent???

I'm going to recommend against it. Not that you can't do it. You can. Insanity is as much a mental challenge as it is physical. If you believe in yourself and reach in and keep pushing you can totally do it. It's very scalable, like a previous poster alluded to you can modify every single exercise and still get meaningful…

I know. It's a character flaw and I'm working on it.

BOOOOOO!! Hisssssssss!!! I never give my stripper name as an answer to a security question!
