I realize the veggies do have potassium but nowhere near 3500mg worth. Don't have a trainer yet.

I haven't had any fruit in almost a year (excluding avocados, the misunderstood ugly duckling).   • KETO MOUSSE. I can eat that stuff every day of my life and not get tired of it. Mascarpone cheese, unsweetened cocoa powder, sweetener, and some heavy cream to stir it up. I'll add crunchy peanut butter or coconut butter if I'm feeling extra fancy.
