I actually have had that problem quite a few times in the past. Usually I end up having something super healthy since I don't really have a taste for anything anyway. Then I don't feel bad about what I had. It doesn't make the feeling go away, but I don't feel bad about what I ended up eating! :)

Don't stress about one meal...you could go ahead and spend a couple of hours (the time actually depends on your weight and the exercise you're doing) working it off, or you could count this as your cheat day for the week and move on. Don't stress about weight if you're losing inches. Check your sodium intake over the past several days...chances are you're retaining water, and eventually (as everyone else has said) the scale will reflect the inches you've lost. Also, cardio can increase muscle as well, so don't discount what exercise you've been doing…
