I love my fitbit. If i go for walk or run then I let fitbit track the numbers, but if i do exericse classes that involve floor and static exericses then I log it on mfp and not on fitbit. It will sync over. make sure your times are accurate and it will elliminate those numbers you log on fitbit. I wear it all day until bed…

My only advice would be to only eat half of those calories back...so MFP probably gave you abotu 1200 to lose 2 lbs right? Now, stick to that 1200 cals on days you dont exercise and on days you do exercise try to eat between 1400 and 1550 (the gym machines def overestimate the calories burned). Typcially I find most women will retain water and fluid just prior to getting TOM and usually by day 2 of period the extra water weight is gone. I will weigh myself regardless and if you are up then you know why..maybe just enter your last weeks weight for now! :)
