I'm eating 1600 calories ( I'm 5'9/ 196) I did enter my information into IIFYM and it said I should be aiming for 1780. 30%carb, 30 fat and 40 protein. I'm trying to stick to this and typically eat between 1550-1800.

Does this mean a deficit from what mfp has you set at?? It has me set at 1569 a day to lose 1.5... When I exercise it ups it. I always stay under net on days I exercise but I'm worried that my calories are too high... Sometimes they are in the 1700's but this still shows deficit. I work out 6-7x week... Or should I be…

I would say those charts are bang on :) I'm on week 5 and I've surpassed the starting weights . Wish I had seen this chart prior to starting. I think sometimes we surprise ourselves at how heavy we can lift. I'm now deadlifting 90-100 lbs :smile:

Yup. 36 DD. I also wear an "older uglier" lol bra and then compression sports bra on top. I also really like the Champion sports bras . :)

Thanks! I'll check out the above suggested programs! :) I'm already loving how I feel lifting. I imagine having set program will ramp it up. I did deadlifts 70 lb today too, so I love those small victories. My upper body super weak though.... :(

Yes. I'm using free weights/ barbell. Smith machine for my squats. My weights have been going up. Like today I could only get 10 reps in. My squats were 120 . Truly a beginner again. This is the end of my 3rd week. :)

I'm eating way better. :) been at deficit all week. So I should up my weight training to 4 x week and do less reps..heavier weights? Ok.

Yes. My blood was analyzed and my blood plasma was full of it. I have had inflammation problems and gout for past 2 years. I had other symptoms too. My weight is all in my midsection. I have been eating really good past 3 days and feel great, a little tired..only 20-25% carbs. Hopefully my weight starts to drop

Thanks. My exercise calories are just from mfp. Wonder if j should get a colour counter (heart rate monitor watch). I do try to work out hard. :) Maybe I should weigh.

I do TRX twice a week and count it as calistetics or circuits (they come out same burn) as I am going non stop from exercise to exercise for 45 minutes. it really kicks you in the *kitten*! :) But I love it! ;)
