Eat larger meals. I find if I eat even an extra 150 calories I'm a lot less hungry until the next one. Maybe you're the kinda guy who needs to eat three large meals every day.

It's not that way in the city I live in. There are several tiers of facilities. We have family doctor's offices (if you're lucky enough to have one), medicentres, healthcare centres, and hospitals. All will take you for whatever ailment if you're willing to sit around long enough.

I'm lactose intolerant so I drink almond milk. It tastes better than soy milk, which is why I prefer it. I used to have this problem, and it went away the longer I ran in the shoes. Probably just my feet getting used to altered gait.

I've always worked out barefoot at home. It makes for stronger, more stable feet and ankles. (remember, we weren't born wearing shoes. they're a cultural invention to keep our feet safe and clean from the world)

I've lost about 50 lbs since April 17, 2012 (7 months)

I'm 5'9" First photo: 215-220 lbs or so, from four years ago Second photo: 154 lbs, a couple weeks ago Tummy pics: On the left I'm ~200 lbs, 180 lbs in the middle, and on the right I'm 160 lbs. Presently I'm 151 lbs. No new pics. Too scared :P

I'm at a healthy BMI, at about 66%. My intention is to get down to 33%, but we'll see. Some days I still feel like I'm in the overweight category, but other days are good :)

I have five tattoos so far... Both my feet done in a nautical theme (left one flying dutchman/windmill, right one swallow/compass rose), left outside thigh above the knee has a latin saying and some swirlies and cherry blossoms, right forearm has cantonese phrase and lotus blossom, left bicep is a heart and anchor.

My tummy is the last place I'm storing excess fat. I'm 5'9" and 151 lbs and I STILL have a muffin top (and same, it's not because of my pants, it's just how it is). BUT it is getting smaller, slowly but surely, the more weight I lose. Hang in there.
