Store cookies are 4-5x the size of the ones I make at home. Although they look and taste reeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaalllllllllllllllyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy good, I usually feel obligated to eat the whole thing.

It's definitely not bad, but it might upset your stomach or give you cramps. I know a guy who practically vomits every time he works out because it's so poorly timed. But I've been able to workout within 20 minutes of eating, depending on what I've eaten. If it works for you, do it.

I lost 60 pounds and only went down three pants sizes... I suppose it depends on how/where your body stores your fat.

Definitely! Quitting soda was really easy for me, and I found such a huge change in my stomach almost right away. I don't bloat nearly as much, either, which is a plus.

Nice! You're looking a lot better already! I always think it's admirable when people who drink a lot realize what they're doing to themselves and try to fix it, because so many people can't overcome the addiction. Keep it up!

This^. I buy cranberry pills. Probably about the same cost. One pill per day while you're feeling any symptoms. Can keep taking them as preventive care, too.
