if a bro squats, but doesn't take a picture and post it here, did the bro even squat?
the answer is no. lol so in order for my squats to count I had to post my warm up set. lol2 -

Thats one plate...that BETTER be your warm up set
@mjaykup ummmm the only thing I use more than one plate with takes place at a buffet sir. lol but yes it was my warm up, real talk tho, I can't go heavy on barbell squats, I have a torn left labrum, which can give out at any time, so I can only go heavy on DB squats and machine squats. I'm kinda nervous when I go above like 185 on BB squats.
