Stairs are cardio, not strength. If you don't work on your cardiovascular strength, you'll always get winded walking up those stairs, regardless of how much muscle you have pushing you.

Slow fat loss (1-2 lbs per week max) and excellent hydration.

Agreed. Those cakes are always so disappointing, it just makes it easier to say no to them.

Nothing, I'm pretty sure I've eaten everything in sight lately.

A girl I know has done multiple cycles of HCG and pretty much any other crash diet out there because she always gains it back. My advice is to use the calculators online to find our what your SHOULD be eating for maintenance and log everthing, find out what you're burning for exercise and EAT THAT BACK until your…

Resist them as much as you can. The more you resist, the easier it is, the less you crave them.

I did absolutely nothing.

I've lost 60+ pounds and I still consider myself "skinny fat," but the last month has made a BIG change in my body with absolutely no change on the scale. Keep pushing. Eat a little bit cleaner, push your workouts just a little bit harder. You'll see the change.

I eat 0% President's Choice and I think it tastes delicious, even plain...

I'm 5'9" with a medium frame. My initial goal was 160, then it dropped to 150, then 142 (as you can see on my ticker). My last weigh in over a month ago was at 140 and I have since lost more inches but haven't weighed myself. I think goal weight is arbitrary, and more I'm aiming for a specific look and feeling.

I love this thread, because my paunch has been the hardest thing for me to get rid of. It kind of grosses me out, but one day I hope to diminish it enough that it doesn't droop like a meat curtain when I bend over.

I read a study recently that shows that wearing a bra LESS (going au natural) actually helps strengthen the tissue in your breasts because it has to hold itself up. Makes your nipples raise up. Chest exercises never hurt, and building up the muscle behind the breast tissue can make them seem fuller. Here's a lovely quote…

Balsalmic vinegar in place of any and all salad dressings, homemade if aiming for a certain flavour. No butter or margarine, unless I'm baking, in which case it's a special occasion. Coconut oil or EVOO, but always in tiny amounts and only if necessary. Steaming instead of frying (like with mushrooms or eggs). Cutting down…

It's hard to compare the two because they're so far apart. Kind of? Sort of? Maybe I see a difference, but it's hard to tell.

I have the vag triangle, does that count? (LMAO)

Peanut butter and chili paste on green beans.

I haven't worked out since September 2012, but I continue to lose weight. It's possible, it's just not the same.

One more time.

Bump. Anyone?

Doesn't matter what I eat, this happens pretty much every day to me. To a lot of people actually. http://amys40poundchallenge.tumblr.com/post/39402598272/letsgetfit-2013-this-is-so-good-to-see

President's Choice. For flavoured I like Liberte because it has less sugar in it and they make some interesting flavours.

Personally, I'd put it in my bowl and heat it up, but to each their own.

Why do you pick the gel caps over the tablets?

I take it with a slew of other vitamins. Couldn't tell you specifically whether it helps or not, but I'll continue taking it because it's not like it's hurting me and it's not that expensive. I also take folic acid and WAS taking iron, but stopped because I decided I'd rather just eat meat than put up with that ****.…

You shouldn't weigh yourself at all for the first 1-2 months, you definitely won't see change in the first week. Your body doesn't even know what you're doing yet.
