I do 1/4 cup oats, 1.5 tsp chia seeds, 1/3-1/2 cup almond milk, 1 tbsp greek yogurt. If not using chia, just decrease milk a little bit.

Maybe the picture is deceptive, but you don't look 140 lbs. Anyway, I'm 5 inches shorter than you and the thought of being 140 lbs freaks me out a little... To each their own, though. I wouldn't dream of going below it, that's for sure.

Work on your core strength for sure. If you can hold your core tight all day it won't be a problem.

No exercise right now, just eating healthy. I've got a pretty solid core from doing 30DS, insanity, and yoga during the summer, but I've been busy with school. Anyway, it's just a lot of patience and persistence waiting for the fat to disappear.

I think we have to work harder because belly fat is the worst... I mean you can get away with having a big butt, but a big tummy just makes you look disproportionate. You can do it too, just takes a LOT of persistence past where you thought you'd stop. Good luck :heart:

Thanks :) Sometimes it's hard to be objective, I never thought I'd be the kind of person to NOT see the change and I'd always appreciate my body, but the more weight I lose the more skeptical I am of how I look. Some days it's like, "yes, I look fabulous!" others days it's like, "wow, I'm fat..."

I don't eat most dairy because of lactose intolerance... Some days my calcium intake is higher than others, but it's usually low. I always take calcium and vitamin D supplements even if my intake was higher. Trying to get more calcium in my diet is just another battle I'm not ready to deal with, and until it is supplements…

BC doesn't make you gain weight, it just makes you want to eat more. I've continued to lose weight since starting, but I also watch what I eat pretty closely. All I can say is don't cave into to the cravings.

Dear OP, how tall are you? (sometimes weight makes more sense when you know how tall a person is lol) Anyway, you look FABULOUS now, I can't believe that's only a 15 lb difference. Congrats for real :P

I use guided to get the general things, and then go to custom to change macro/sodium levels etc. Forget your preconceptions about how much food you should be eating, just eat how much it says and try to eat as many healthy, natural foods as possible.

Muffin tops are stubborn. I'm already lower than my original UGW because the muffin top is taking more work to get rid of than I thought.

I've lost 50 since mid April. Everyone loses weight differently and at different rates. Just give it your all and see how it goes.
