Congratulations on your success so far! Good luck!

Thank you :) I love my tats!

Lol thanks! Sorry bout the mirror :P It was the cheapest one at walmart.

Oh gosh, thanks you guys :) Just eating well and exercising, nothing fancy! I'm lactose intolerant, which was a recent discovery, so I guess you could say I cut that out :P I also try not to eat anything too processed, but who doesn't treat themselves every once in a while? The last 10 pounds have been with diet alone…

@robthrob Maybe if you weren't married ;)

Thank You! I definitely feel that way more now than before :P

@ImStillTrying Sure would, I like a good back.

Just drink water. Only athletes who train vigorously and constantly need electrolyte drinks. The rest of us simply don't, no matter how badass we think we are, and they don't affect our performance either way.

Every two days usually. edit: How are you guys pooping so often?

I don't usually pay attention to a woman's body, but rather their clothes. I'm more interested in fashion lol. (in my head) "I love your shoes..." But never any jealousy. What's the point in that? I'm already awesome.
-
Gosh, you're pretty! And amazing progress!
-
Never. When you post an updated photo of yourself people will notice.

No. No no no no no. You have to be able to support your self financially and have something to offer in the intelligence department.

Oh man, no wonder I didn't lose 45 pounds in the last 6 months. Oh, wait, I did. Fruit does not make you fat. TOO MUCH of anything makes you fat.

I use baking soda as a scrub every once in a while and just aveeno hand lotion on my face (I put it on my hands, then rub my hands on my face). I have excellent skin :)

Popcorn. Watch me inhale a massive bowl.

I had to replace all my winter clothes (fundamental to surviving Canadian winter) because everything was two sizes too big for me. Awesome, but EXPENSIVE.

Breakfast smoothies (peanut butter and banana), homemade oatmeal with rolled oats (much better texture) made with any kind of flavours add-ins (peanut butter and banana!), and scrambled eggs with SALSA! on top. I used to hate breakfast, but I have since found my way around these foods to make them palatable to me. A fried…

lol if I want poutine (because damn it's good, like who doesn't?) I go out and get some... because of the three things that go into poutine, I never have ANY of them in the house.
-
So... poutine? Nah, man, no one has time for that.

I just like to weigh myself, i don't really care what the number is. I just like to weigh THINGS even lol. What can I weigh today? So I bought a food scale for the kitchen, and I weigh myself less, because now I get to weigh all my food. Weigh all the things! Yes, I'm weird.

Cheese, other dairy items. However, it was easier to give up because as I've gotten older I've become lactose intolerant. So really, I can eat a little bit of cheese and only feel mildly uncomfortable, or I can eat none. So no macaroni and cheese, no lasagna, no cheesecake, no pizza, no cream cheese (WAHHH), no whipped…

Hutterite veggies, fruits driven in from BC, and I always check out the snacky items to see if anything will fit into what I eat (no dairy, no sweeteners, no processed foods)... Sometimes I find unsweetened jams and last time I went I found a vegan organic chocolate spread. Ooh, elk jerky. My friend always buys it and ends…

If you're making smoothies with your magic bullet (which is probably my favourite thing to do), add spinach, avocado, almond milk, banana, and any other fruits of your choice. The banana and avocado bump up the calories in a healthy way. Also, granola is high in calories for a small amount while being really good for you…

I don't know anyone under the age of 29 who has a tramp stamp... I think these are definitely a generation-specific tattoo.

I'd definitely keep this in mind... I'm glad someone figured it out without having to use diet sprite or whatever... I'd have to find a healthy boxed mix for myself though (not big on processed foods). Mm, cake. I can imagine... fluffy angel food... MMMmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm....

I usually weigh myself on Sunday morning after I use the bathroom... Sometimes after I've eaten breakfast lol.
