My weight loss has been so slow and gradual that nobody has really noticed. But every once in a while, people will offer me food and question me when I turn it down. I'm trying to watch my intake, I say. "Shut up, you weigh 110," they say. Um, no? Not even close???

Feel free to add me! I'm 25 and weigh 152-ish pounds. I've started 2 years ago at 170! I've got at least 17 lbs to lose before I hit my weight loss goal! Maybe I'll lose a little more after that, who knows. Either way, I'm trying really hard to stick with it this time.

I'm 5'3 and currently 155. I have a wider frame and am trying to get down to 130 for now. I'm down from 175 though so I'm making slow, painfully slow progress!

I'm at Columbus State Community College right now. Hopefully, I don't have many semesters left here before I can start looking to transfer.

Generally, I eat three times. Breakfast at 10am, lunch at 3pm, and dinner at 7 or 8pm. Sometimes, I skip lunch so I have enough calories for a big dinner.

I drank the rest of what I had. Then I didn't buy any more. I still drink it when I go out but I keep water and carbonated flavor waters around the house.

I cut it out of my diet because I was caffeine dependent. But not because it hindered my weight loss.

I eat a box combo with lemonade from Cane's every Friday. I probably shouldn't but it's just so good.

Friday is my "cheat day". I eat like normal during the day. It's just we have Cane's on Friday. A huzzah to my fiance's work week being over. Don't get me wrong, I still log Cane's. I just don't want to have to fast from breakfast to dinner to be able to "afford" a box combo with lemonade.
