Moving from Ohio to Washington!!

Is it counting? (Flex)
I move around a lot but most of the time I have things in my arms/hands. At work, I'm always carrying a package from point a to point b. When I'm shopping, I'm pushing the cart. So, my arm (and thus my fitbit) are stationary. Does that mean these steps aren't being counted? If not, what can I do to remedy this?

I took up jogging. I've been jogging 0.75 miles at 5mph and walking 0.25 at 3.5 mph twice a week for two weeks. It's been going well. Except today I had a cramp so bad I had to stop altogether. It was on my right side, just under my rib cage. What happened? How do I make it stop?

Sore Shoulders - Normal?
I was jogging on the treadmill yesterday. I went 5mph in 0.75 mi spurts for 1.5 mi. I did no other workouts but my shoulders are killing me! Especially that muscle that connects my neck to my shoulders. Is this normal or did I do something wrong? It kinda sucks.

When will I start noticing?
