I thought I was the only one! I think that's the best way to eat PB is PB and butter. My little boy thinks I'm crazy. He always says "Mommy, that's yucky!"

LOL! Sounds like something I would do. My downfall would a fountain Coke from a particular gas station in town. They taste so good!

The Today had a clip about low calorie snacks that suggested filling the inside of an egg white with hummus for a low calorie snack (like you would a deviled egg). I think I might try it.

Stuffed pepper soup was a big hit this week when my in-laws came to dinner. No one even knew that it was good for them! :)

Definitely skinnytaste.com. I made the skinny sloppy joes this weekend, and my decidedly vegetable resistant husband even really liked them.

I, too, am a no fish person, but I worked up the nerve to eat tilapia last week. Everyone is correct. It doesn't taste fishy and was actually okay (after I got over the idea that I was eating fish!) I just sprinkled it with Old Bay seasoning and garlic and baked it in the oven.

I tried the black bean brownie recipe this weekend and took it to a church function. It was a big hit, and one of the pickiest eaters ate them and said they were good! (However, I didn't tell him they had beans in them!)

No, you are not overreacting--especially if he knew you were cooking! I'd be very upset and tempted to not fix supper for anyone but myself for the next few days!!!!

Under the tools tab, check your basal metabolic rate to make sure that you are eating enough calories for your body to operate. I wasn't eating enough calories to even meet my metabolic rate, and I didn't lose any weight for two weeks because my body was not getting enough calories. I made sure to eat all of my calories…
