I need help maintaining, and possibly gaining because I'm going through lots of problems with my husband and am probably headed for divorce. I am definitely not a stress eater. I lose my appetite. I lost 124 lbs here and now I'm down to below my recommended weight, but feel pretty good. Just really don't need to lose any…

No worries, hon. Eat your almonds and enjoy.

Try them on. Go to the store. Those measurements don't always work. I know they won't have H in stock, try on the DD or D. Trust me, the boob size does come down eventually.

I've lost 109 after over a year. I'm at goal weight, just have to stay there and start working weights more.

My favorite place is in my recliner, with a book in my hand (or my kindle, or my laptop) and my pug at my side... ahhh, bliss! Hubby sitting beside me in his own recliner.

Nope, but definitely gay/bi/lesbian friendly!!

Fantastic! You are one to jump up and down about!!!

You are so sweet, if you want to add me, I'm continuing my journey with the goal of toner arms and a smaller waist, so I'm not giving up yet, plus I know I'll need this site to keep me on the up-and-up! My friends make all the difference in the world to me!

Don't ever give up. Plateaus happened to me a lot. What you are seeing is a year and 2 months worth of work. It took me a long time to get there, but then it took me a while to gain it all too, so I'm not too upset. Plus I'm 43! It's hard losing weight when you are older. Thanks to good friends like GiGiBeans, I made it.…

I'm having trouble doing squats to make my butt bigger, because every time I try, the level of noise in my knees is overwhelming! Any suggestions out there?
-
Thanks so much! My arms are actually a little bit smaller now than when that was taken.
-
Yeah, my dumb husband took that, but in hindsight, I am glad he did. Gives me something to compare to!

Sorry all, that took a lot of trial and effort to get it done right. But I finally did it! look below for the rest of the pics.

I am a trained sports massage therapist, and have helped many people with this. Find a GOOD massage therapist to get monthly treatments, going maybe once a week to start. Make sure the person working on you is not at Massage Envy or some other nasty organization. Make sure they are qualified. Research, research, research!

When I was heavy, I had no periods at all. I had to take progesterone to get them. Now that I've lost, I am back on a normal cycle. My doctor told me when he saw me in June that I didn't need to worry about progesterone anymore, and my cycle had been "cured" by my weight loss. I am now healthy again, and so happy! So it…

I agree, don't let MFP tell you 1200, I've seen that before and it might be that you have it set to lose at 2 lbs/week. That's not a realistic goal when you are at the end of your journey. It may work fine in the beginning, but not after a while. Also, go with a DOCTOR'S advice over MFP, always! MFP goals are known to be…

Looks wonderful! Bump!

Yeah, you are probably not getting your heart rate up enough to get you burning the calories the other things said you did. Your body gets more and more efficient the more times you do an activity.

As long as you have the Polar, it should give you the correct amount with your data entered correctly. Have you adjusted your weight since you started using it (if you have lost some)? That's the only thing that can throw it off. HRMs by Polar are the bomb, they will give you the right information. I use mine all the time.

Thanks for responding. I need to start taking better vitamins, I was taking some for quite a while, but they exacerbated my anxiety levels with some by-products they put in there. I will look up your vitamins and try them out!

I get massages, drink lots of water and considering body wraps now that I'm almost 100 lbs down and have lots of loose skin.

[/quote] The bigger issue is... if you're going to feel guilty and ashamed and angry at yourself or damage your self-esteem (which we all invariably do) if you start eating like crap as the first response to crisis, is THAT going to make it easier for you to solve your crisis... or is it just going to be another thing you…

I'm on one of the bipolar meds that make you gain, but it hasn't affected me that much. I just pressed on, stuck to the plan and lost. You can get over drug interactions just by exercising and eating according to the 1 lb per week plan. It did affect me gaining so much in the first place, I think. And I get these awful…

I started exactly 1 year and 1 day ago on this journey, and as of this morning am 91lbs down! Yippee! I have great friends on here, that really helps. I only have 11 more lbs to go to reach my goal weight, and I noticed this week that my shorts seemed looser (all bought mid-late this summer). I'm eating healthy without the…
