stretch marks will never go away..they will diminish some ...applying lotion may help keep them at bay or from getting deeper. laser surgery does not make them go away either. they will help make the deeper ones fade some. dont fall for gimmicks. find a basic moisturizing lotion that is reasonably priced and use it daily :)

technically no...calorie deficit= weight loss... however, this is not ideal of course..same as if you ate high fat foods but stayed within your calories. not ideal. well balanced is the key :)

also agree.... starvation mode comes from eating at an *EXTREME* calorie deficit for an *extended* period of time. 1500 is hardly extreme... keep doing what your doing..you will be fine :)

you will find very few advocates here of any sort of diet pills or weight loss aides other than eathing healthy and exercising. if you do a search of the message boards you will find this question asked quite frequently with the answers your looking for :)

I would definitely take your rest days for now. im sure as time goes on, the C25k program will give you less of them :p ....if you feel guilty for not doing some kind of activity on your rest days, try some yoga, stretching, light pilates. If you have a WII, maybe do some bowling, golf, etc, Do something very mellow but…

I like her off season pic.. she isnt too vascular or striated. she has beautiful skin tone..she on the flip side she doesnt look skinny fat or deflated.... nice hour glass shape. and look..she doesnt have a six pack and yet she has a flat stomach and curves :) the pic in the Ad is nice...creative.. and well done... thanks…
