I started a new job 10 months ago where I walk a lot more than before, but apart from that not really. And its not miles, my average is about 8000 steps a day, depending on the number of meetings!! I have been told that this is perhaps my body's preferred weight (I was also told I was looking 'haggard' at max weight loss,…

no - still log everything no matter how naughty it is.... and am about 1600 calories on average a day..... but i guess that could be too much

oh yeah - boob issues - always been a big girl - when plump my bra size was a 42E.... Now I am a 36D. Now I know that sounds still big but for every 2 inches down to stay the same cup size you go up a letter. So I was still the same cup size I would be a 36H... I console myself that this would look rather out of proportion…

:frown: no idea but they do..... not for me.

Me too.... in fact I still weigh out almost everything and prob will for a long time! Pasta is another - weigh out 60g dry and it looks like nothing, but it is enough. Before I must of been eating 3 portions easy. I still over-eyeball so weighing is the key learnt thing for me.

5'9 here and a UK 10-12 jean size at 168lbs - started as a size 22 so happy with that :) It does depend on your frame size and muscle mass though - I am built 'like a brick outhouse' and cannot do the zips up on size 14 dresses and have to have the size 16 ones for my back and boobs - but then they hang a bit round the…

please do not start off at 1200 calories cos it is quite likely you will struggle to keep to it. I know I did. After a fortnight of it I almost gave up but read a few forum posts and changed my activity level to sedentary, made my goal a lb a week - ate back some of my exercise calories (didnt have a garmin then) and ended…

I put it in accurately - the ticker may not show the half pounds but MFP does count it :)

5'9" and 168lbs I am a UK 10 in vanity sizing and a UK12 in proper for jeans and a UK 14 mostly for tops. I have very broad shoulders so will never be an 8 on the top even if skeletal! Everyone is differently built, every clothes make or shop is sligtly differently sized so saying "i'll be a size 8 by Xmas" is prob easy…

You can eat bread.... and pasta..... and rice and other carbs. I have not cut out ANY carbs at all - I just eat them in moderation rather than piggin out.... and I have lost nearly 5 stone and kept it off for a year.... Stop blaming the carbs, they are not the evil that so many say they are!

Congratulations :)

Yes - 4 ring sizes down and my engagement ring is still a bit loose on cold days. Also gone from a UK size 9 (43) to a UK size 7 (41) shoe size. Bizarre!

Just NO. Its just an overpriced quick fix that you will gain back the weight from as soon as you eat properly - and you will as there is no way you can stomach or afford to shakeology for the rest of your life!
-

WEIGHT - don't know why you US guys use cups as they vary every single time depending on how much you push down the food into it!
-
39 - lost 4 stone from 19 to 15 stone - gradually put nearly 2 back on 47 - realised it would all come back gradually if I didn't do something ............ lost nearly 5 stone; just under 17 stone to 12 stone Hoping that can stay here now for the rest of :)
