Welcome. I find journaling my food intake to be very valuable along with doing my treadmill. by journaling you can eat what you want as long as you stay below your calorie intake and it's an eye opener as to how much food you might have been consuming before you did the journals. good luck and don't get discouraged.

It's much better to have your dress too big than too small. They can take a dress in right up to the week you have the wedding if necessary especially if you know the seamstress.
