  • GREAT JOB!!!!!!! I am also 5'4 and on the heavy side too (155). I have a 3 yr old son (Can't blame post pregnance anymore, lol) so it is a little easier for me to get on tread mill. Your pics show that 20 pounds do make a great difference, Great Job again and good luck with your GW, DOING GREAT SO FAR!!!
