Fantastic progress! Progress pictures go so far when it comes to tracking progression. The scale can only entail so much. I think when we hit a plateau or feel like we aren't doing a good enough job, we can create that stress and pity party but being able to look back and see where you started can change that in a heart…

GO NOLES! and I agree. While patience is important, there comes a time when you have to reevaluate the approach and figure out why there is no weight loss. More than likely, the calories are too high.

Been a very long time since I have posted here, but I wanted to get back to it. I took some time off from MFP but over the last 5 months I have gotten rid of 25lbs and over 20" off total body (about 8 sites) I'm up for a little motivation!
