You need to weigh yourself with just one scale, and compare if you have gained a stone or if its just a difference between the scales, and you have dropped 2-3 dress sizes which is incredible, so I think it is probably muscle mass and you should be so proud of yourself! I have been diagnosed with IBS and get similar symptoms-really bad cramping, bloating and constipation, I am still in the stages of finding my triggers so I can avoid them, so maybe find what the triggers are i.e. white bread or wholemeal bread and try to limit it.

So true, I have almost into stage 3 (with occasionally stage 2 moments) but exercise is now a habit and I do it everyday without thought, and always plan out my meals!

I love to swim, I swim at once a week for an hour constantly, it is a good workout for my arms but because I run and cycle (4 times a week) it balances it out for me :)

I use stronger cheese so then I can eat less of it but still feel satisfied, so have been eating blue cheese recently-it is strong!

I agree I worked out my BMR and activity level and I should be eating 3000 calories a day (I work out hard) and instead I was feeding myself 1300 calories and I wondered why I wasn't losing weight anymore, why I was in a bad mood, depressed and always cold! You definitely look thinner, especially your face. I think leave the scales for a while, you could be gaining muscle (due to the cardio as it still works and strengthens your muscles) which means you are losing body fat but gaining muscle so the scales may increase but in a good way, but truly you look thinner :)

I try to keep to my routine, although may change my workouts around, for example I would do my swimming near the end.
