  • 5'5", and my goal is 149, purely to be in BMI "healthy range". (Just recently downgraded from "obese" to "overweight"). I always have a lot of muscle, so look about 10 lbs less then I actually am. Will see what 149 looks like now. So far I feel so sexy at 175 after being used to 200!
