I hit back and biceps this morning and did my whole normal routine. As long as you do it early and it doesn't interfere with family time, it's fine in my book. Besides, you'll have more post workout nutrition ;)

What I normally do is have a caloric budget, or deficit for nights where I'm going to be out drinking. I allow a deficit of 1k calories or more sometimes. as other had stated, you can simply fit in a cheat meal, or something less than ideal into your daily diet. As long as it's within the realms of your caloric goals, you should be fine. I do have a similar problem with cheat days as well, but they are getting better..

multiple times a week unfortunately. However, as some have stated, I still make sure I'm at a caloric deficit. It really hasn't hampered my progress. I'm still getting stronger, and leaner. However, if I ate cleaner, I'm sure the result would be even better. That said, a burger sounds great right now!!

I only wear a hat when trying to get some outdoor runs in during the winter. Otherwise, I don't in the gym. My body reaches the temperature of the sun within like 15 mins of working out so a hat would sear off my head..

I just drink a few glasses of water to cure hunger pains. It may work or it may not. I find it's all mind over matter because I did intermitted fasting for 4 months where I'd go 16 hours daily with no food and just water. Prior to that, I was a binge eater and would eat complete meals in the middle of the night. Good luck!

I know your pain. Just last night I ordered two boxes on Papa John's medium pizza and ate like 10 slices lol However, these binges are becoming less frequent for myself.
