I think it would be beneficial for you to start over, especially with the re-commitment. (think of it as your new start.) Then you would also get to see the ticker move every week you lose weight as well, which you mentioned would be motivational.

You can use the nutrition info on their website and enter it in that way. If the nutrition information is not available, break down what you ate by the component It won't be exact, but should be close.

I was a fat kid. I was even teased in elementary school because of the weight. I am still dealing with the effects, even though I am in college. The lowest weight I remember is 204, which is what I weighed during freshman year. Goal is 167, which I will hopefully get to by next summer.

My boyfriend is 800 miles away so I am not able to kiss him for a while. When we are together, it ranges from once to a couple times a day. Hardly ever during sex, but he says he wants to do more of that. We are always snuggling though.

If they don't check back with you. (or people at the table get their drinks 10 minutes apart). I am talking about one person getting their drink and the other not getting theirs even after a ten minute wait.

I have heard about this. If I recall right, it was because 3 10 minute walks are easier to fit in a busy day than a 30 minute walk. Therefore people are more likely to stick with it and do it more often, short walks everyday rather than a long one every other day.

I don't like telling people (even family), because then they start to analize everything you eat. I hate being asked "should you be eating that?" especially when I am sure my counts allow for it.

Out of what I have actually eaten" Fake cheese flavor (goldfish, cheez- its and mac and cheese from a box) The smell of some foreign foods.
