I'm originally from Edmonton and moved to a small town just outside of Regina called Balgonie. Been here 5 years. Regina is a wonderful small city by I certainly miss Edmonton's diversity.

I am going to have to try this!

1. I absolutely LOVE the shows FIrefly and Game of Thrones and wish there were more episodes. (Game of Thrones Season 2 starts soon... eeek! 2. Am craving a Big Mac and do not have the confidence I will not eat it. 3. Actually love spin class and other cardio classes and have real trouble motivating into lifting classes…

These are great ideas. I love smoothies for breakfast. Yogurt, oj, fruit, and protein powder and for those rush morning I grab yoplait tubes. I love those things. Perfect little pick me up.

Lindt chocolate balls, Fries, mushroom soup with milk (always the entire can),naniamo bars and ice cream. I can't keep Nuttin Butter ice cream or Chocolate Fudge Crackle ice cream in the house, I will eat the entire 2 Litres in a day or two. Yeeps!
