I don't like pasta, soda, coffee and cheap chocolate. Expensive chocolate is another thing though. I don't crave chips often either. But how can you not like bacon or mayo?

That is awesome and so amazed at your pace. My longest distance with C25K at the end was on 2.81 miles (4.5K). So proud!

I finished C25K about a month ago. It was awesome. I never quite got to 5K in the time, but I can go for 5 K. Also... expect that you might need to redo a couple of weeks. I found weeks 5 and 7 to be really hard and had to redo both. Best of luck

I do, I'll take support from anyone. Especially those I can tell are working hard and are dedicated. Some of the guys on my MFP have lost 50-150 pounds. Those people are serious I want to see what they are doing so hopefully I can adopt and do just as well. :)

I hadn't seen any of the shows listed except for Firefly, but I am a complete Firefly fan. I even got a special phone case made from their main poster. I love love love this show.
