  • Emmie-why did you not check with my I know the menu....Salad, bread, lasagna, cheesballs, crackers...Delea is in charge so I am sure some yummy desserts. Eat before you come and make smaller portion sizes. She make up the fixings for an awesome salad so make your husband get a salad then eat his and yours. Have fun tonight.
  • I have found that if I eat a small snack between meals I do not eat as much at meal time. If I do not snack I tend to eat more while preparing my meals. My snacks usually are protiens and a cook carb.
